Good Shepherd Senior Services has a team of caregivers who treats and interacts with our clients with respect, dignity, compassion, empathy, honesty, and integrity. They also understand the importance of recognizing and maintaining confidentiality of client information while providing home care services. Our team shows respect for all cultures, religions, ethnicities; sexual orientation, ages, gender and disabilities.
To ensure we have recruited the right professionals, we conduct a series of background checks and personal interviews. Our caregivers will also undergo training and evaluation to make sure they remain competent and responsible personnel.
